| Public Hearing Regarding the Ventura County Entitlement Area’s Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Fiscal Year 2010 Consolidated Plan Extension, Fiscal Year 2013-14 Annual Action Plan, Substantial Amendments to the Fiscal Year 2012-13 Annual Action Plan and Modified Citizen Participation Plan; Consider Public Testimony and Approval of the Funding Recommendations Allocating Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Funding for the Fiscal Year 2013-14 Program Year; Authorization for the County Executive Officer (CEO), or His Designee, to Modify Proposed Funding for Fiscal Year 2013-14 Annual Action Plan Activities in Accordance with Final HUD Allocations and as Necessary to Accommodate Minor Changes; Direct CEO Staff to Finalize HUD Planning Documents Consistent with Final Funding Recommendations; Authorization for the CEO to Sign the Required Certifications and Transmittal Forms for HUD; Consider Public Testimony and Approval of Funding Recommendation Allocating CDBG Funding for the Fiscal Year 2012-13 Program Year; Authorization for the Auditor-Controller to Process the Necessary Accounting Transactions to Establish Appropriations and Unanticipated Revenue in the Amount of $430,000 for Services and Supplies and Intergovernmental Revenue; Approval of, and Authorization for, the CEO, or His Designee, to Enter Into the County’s Standard Contracts for CDBG, ESG and HOME, and Other Related Documents, Including, but Not Limited to, Real Estate Instruments and Consultant Services Contracts, to Certify Environmental Reviews, and to Sign Correspondence on Behalf of the Board of Supervisors for Those Projects Identified in the Annual Plan; and Approval of, and Authorization for, the CEO, or His Designee, to Enter Into Standard Contracts for Fair Housing Counseling Services with the City of Camarillo in the Amount of $6,194 and the City of Thousand Oaks in the Amount of $11,937 as Participants in the County’s Fiscal Year 2013-14 Fair Housing Program Contract. |
