Adoption of a Resolution Approving the Agreement to Ratify, Amend and Restate Public Arts Loan Previously Entered into Between the City of San Buenaventura and the Former Redevelopment Agency to the City of San Buenaventura; Authorization for the Repayment of the Public Arts Loan to be Either the Full Amount of Any Allowed Sponsoring Entity Loan Payment if This is the Only One Approved, or to be Half of Any Allowed Sponsoring Entity Payments if More Than One Loan is Approved Until Paid in Full or Until the Dissolution of the City of San Buenaventura Successor Agency; and Authorization for the City Community Development Department Director to Forward the Approved Agreement to Ratify, Amend and Restated Public Arts Loan to the State Department of Finance for Review as Required Under the Dissolution Act.
