Public Comment - Time set aside for citizen presentations regarding Air Pollution Control District related matters not appearing on the regular agenda. (See Guidelines above)

Public Hearing Regarding the Adoption of the Ventura County Air Pollution Control District’s Proposed Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Final Budget.

Approval of, and Authorization for the Air Pollution Control Officer to Execute, a Grant Agreement with Westlake Bay Condominium Complex Homeowners Association (WLBC HOA); Approval of Grant Funding to WLBC HOA for Installation of Two Publicly Accessible Dual Operational ChargePoint Level 2 Electric Vehicle Charging Stations in the WLBC for a Not-to-Exceed Amount of $12,831 in Fiscal Year 2019-20; and Find that Approval of the Grant Agreement is Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.

Receive and File the New Source Review Annual Report Regarding Rule 26.11, Emission Reduction Credit Evaluation at the Time of Use.
